Luckily, my partner was patient and understanding enough to bring me back to reality and I was able to use all the skills I had learned having recovered from burnout previously and through my formal training in functional medicine to keep it all together.
Now, I can honestly say that I'm living my best life. Exploring life in a new country, in a new language, with

How does the program work?
The program consists of a 12-week online course covering key topics like nutrition, hydration, movement, stress management, gut health, sleep, and habit formation. Participants also have access to weekly group coaching sessions, a Facebook community, and confidential resources for support and guidance.
Most burnout programs focus on the psychological side of burnout. The Pozo Method takes a holistic functional medicine approach that focuses on creating resilience within the physical body. When we feel better physically, our mental health follows.
Who can benefit from the Pozo Method?
The Pozo Method is tailored to individuals between the ages of 34-44, especially parents of toddlers and ambitious professionals who are experiencing burnout, exhaustion, and a desire for positive change in their lives. This is especially for those who have tried therapy and still feel only marginally better or not better at all. Lastly, if you have talked to your doctor about your energy levels and all your diagnostics were normal, you should seriously consider this program.
Is this program suitable for me if I have a busy schedule?
Absolutely. The Pozo Method is designed to be flexible and accommodating. We understand that participants have busy lives, and the program can be tailored to fit your schedule and preferences.
No prerequisites are required. The Pozo Method is suitable for individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels. It's about making sustainable changes that work for you.

Absolutely. We take your privacy seriously. All personal information and data are handled securely and in accordance with our strict privacy policy. All Pozo Method platforms are HIPPA compliant except for the Facebook group of course. You can learn more about our data protection practices at the bottom of this page.

The group coaching calls are held at a time that works for everyone who is currently enrolled. When needed, more than one call time is provided to accommodate different time zones. No worries if you can't make it to a call sometimes though, you will always have the opportunity to have your questions answered. Just submit your question and your coach will answer it on the call and send you your recording. If you have a very tight schedule and want to ensure we will have the right availability for you prior to signing up, please email us and we will verify availability.
Currently all of our coaching calls take place between 900 - 2300 CEST / 3:00am - 6:00 pm EST Monday to Friday. Weekends can often be accommodated occasionally when needed.
