Hi! I’m Jess!

Health enthusiast, business owner, toddler mom, and

common law wifey.

In March 2020 I found myself training to become a health coach while working as a Registered Nurse during a pandemic, pregnant, and taking care of my depressed mother. Soon after I was a new mother trying to build a health coaching business with a hustle culture mindset on my way back to burnout with nothing to show for it.

No baby, no partner, no business, no life.

Luckily, my partner was patient and understanding enough to bring me back to reality and I was able to use all the skills I had learned having recovered from burnout previously and through my formal training in functional medicine to keep it all together.

Now, I can honestly say that I'm living my best life. Exploring life in a new country, in a new language, with
my energetic toddler, incredible partner and
thriving business.

I know what it’s like to juggle a demanding career, personal responsibilities, and the constant pressure to “do it all” while trying to stay healthy.

For years, I worked in the fast-paced world of healthcare as a Registered Nurse, witnessing firsthand how stress, poor nutrition, and a lack of self-care can take a toll on even the most successful professionals.

I saw patients struggling with stubborn weight, low energy, insulin resistance, and metabolic issues—many of whom were doing everything they thought was “right” but still weren’t getting results.

That’s when I knew there had to be a better way. I became a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach in Toronto to bridge the gap between conventional medicine and sustainable lifestyle changes, and help professionals like you reclaim their energy, reach a healthy weight, and feel their best without sacrificing their careers or social lives.

Through my Toronto Weight Loss Program and Insulin Resistance Quiz , I give busy Torontorians the insight, tools and personalized strategies that work with their unique biochemistry.

I understand the frustration of trying multiple approaches—fad diets, intense workout plans, or expensive supplements—only to end up feeling exhausted and discouraged. That’s why I focus on small, sustainable shifts that make a real impact. My coaching is designed for busy Toronto professionals who don’t have time for complicated health routines but still want to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
